Cooking

  2. Spread it evenly into a large circle about 1 cm thick
  3. Cook in the oven over medium heat during 5min.
  4. Preheat the pan over medium heat.
  5. Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of fine semolina on a pan.
  6. Move the Harcha in the pan
  7. Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of fine semolina in the pan.
  8. Cook in the pan over medium heat during 7min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
