- Add 500 g of fine semolina in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of butter in a saucepan.
- Melt the butter in the saucepan
- Transfer the content of the saucepan in the food processor bowl.
- Add 10 g of baking powder, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 250 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Setaside the preparation content at a bowl during 5min.
Cooking
- Transfer the content of the bowl on a workplan.
- Spread it evenly into a large circle about 1 cm thick
- Cook in the oven over medium heat during 5min.
- Preheat the pan over medium heat.
- Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of fine semolina on a pan.
- Move the Harcha in the pan
- Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of fine semolina in the pan.
- Cook in the pan over medium heat during 7min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
- Remove the content of the pan on a plate let cool.
