- 500 g Apple
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla flavor
- 2 Eggs
- 120 g Granulated sugar
- 120 g Flour t55
- 80 g Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 30 g Flaked almond
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Liquid honey
Steps
Apple Mixture
- Peel, sliced, and add 500 g of apple in a bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the bowl.
- Mix the vanilla with apples gently.
- Setaside the preparation content.
Batter
- Add 2 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 120 g of flour t55, 80 g of milk, 50 g of butter, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
Baking
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the bowl.
- Gently fold the apple mixture into the bowl with the batter.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Pour the apple and batter mixture into a buttered baking pan.
- Sprinkle 30 g of flaked almond on the preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Add 2 tablespoon(s) of liquid honey over the preparation content.
- Serve Warm.
