5 g Paprika
5 g Salt
2 g Pepper
20 g Olive oil

Steps

Kefta

Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of lamb meat in the food processor bowl.
Add 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
Deseed, cut in pieces, and add 1 red pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Add 10 g of ras el hanout, 5 g of ground cumin, 5 g of paprika, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the bowl.
Mix well by hand.
Form the mixture into small meatballs (kefta).

Tagine

Wash the food processor bowl.
Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
Add 400 g of diced tomato pulp, 100 g of tomato puree, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a service dish.
Garnish with Fresh Coriander.
Serve Hot.
Serve hot with couscous or bread.
