- Add 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 60°C / Speed 1.
- Add 4 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 80°C / Speed 2.
Leek Slices
- Cut Leeks into thin slices.
Assembly and Cooking
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
- Distribute 200 g of leek on the baking dish.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of pepper on the baking dish.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.
- Check if Leeks are tender, cook for 5 more minutes if needed.
- Serve Hot.
