  • 250 g Flour t55
  • 100 g Icing sugar

Steps

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 160°C.

Almonds Preparation

  1. Add 80 g of almond in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  4. Setaside the preparation content.

Lard Melting

  1. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 120 g of lard in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.

Dough Preparation

  1. Add 250 g of flour t55, 100 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Form small round cakes, about 5 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick.

Baking

  1. Place the content of the workplan on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
  2. Cook in the oven during 25min.
  3. Cook in the oven during 30min and turn as soon as the face is golden.
  4. Transfer the content of the baking tray on a strainer let cool.

Final Touches

  1. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon(s) of icing sugar gradually on the preparation content.
  2. Serve Immediately.
