30 g Tomato puree
15 g Mustard
5 g Worcestershire sauce
1 Salt
1 Pepper
400 g Canned white bean

Steps

Preparation

Add 100 g of onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 50 g of bacon pieces in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Add 120 g of maple syrup, 30 g of tomato puree, 15 g of mustard, 5 g of worcestershire sauce, 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Drain, and add 400 g of canned white bean in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10:00min / 90°C / Speed 1 in inverse.

Serving

Serve Hot.
Serve hot on toast.
