- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 150 g Philadelphia
- 100 g Cooked peeled shrimp
- 10 g Fresh dill
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper

Base Preparation
- Cut bread into circular shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Setaside the dough on a plate let cool.
Salmon Dome Preparation
- Add 150 g of smoked salmon in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 150 g of philadelphia, 100 g of cooked peeled shrimp, 10 g of fresh dill, 10 g of lemon juice, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Shape the salmon mixture into small domes.
Final Assembly
- Place each salmon dome on top of a bread circle.
- Serve Immediately.
