Ingredients
- 4 Flank steaks
- 50 g Fresh parsley
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 100 g Breadcrumb
- 50 g Grated parmesan cheese
- 50 g Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
Steps
Meat Preparation
- Add 4 flank steaks on a workplan.
- Pound the flank steak to about 1/4 inch thickness using a meat mallet or rolling pin
- Add 50 g of fresh parsley, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 2 eggs, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
Breadcrumb Mixture
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of breadcrumb, 50 g of grated parmesan cheese in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
- Dip each pounded Flank Steak into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Then, dredge the steak in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly to adhere.
Frying the Milanesa
- Add 50 g of olive oil in a frypan.
- Cook in the oven with an oil base.
- Carefully place the breaded Flank Steak into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a wire rack to drain excess oil.
Serving
