- 300 g Skimmed milk
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 130 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
- 25 g Cornflour (maïzena)
- 250 g Milk
- 15 g Fresh baker's yeast
- 500 g Semi-whole wheat flour
- 1 Bag(s) Baking powder
- 100 g Butter
Steps
- Add 300 g of skimmed milk, 2 eggs only the yellow, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar, 25 g of cornflour (maïzena) in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 80°C / Speed 3.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a salad bowl cover with plastic wrap.
- Setaside the preparation content.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 250 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Crumble, and add 15 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Add 80 g of granulated sugar, 500 g of semi-whole wheat flour, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 bag(s) of baking powder, 1 egg only the yellow in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 5:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces using a spatula and flatten them into rectangles (approximately 10 x 8 cm).
- Fill the left edge of the rectangle (the shorter side of each rectangle) with a tablespoon of cream and make cuts on the right side before folding the cut part over the edge filled with cream.
- Space the rolls about 5 cm apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Add 1 egg whipped with a fork in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content.
- Brush the breads with a kitchen brush to give them a golden color.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min to 15min.
- Let it cool down before tasting.
