- Add 150 g of butter biscuit in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Melt 50 g of Butter in a Microwave oven.
- Add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Divide the content of the food processor bowl in the form of a paper liner.
- Press the mixture into the base of mini cheesecake molds or muffin liners.
Cheesecake Filling
- Preheat the oven at 160°C.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 300 g of philadelphia, 50 g of icing sugar, 5 g of vanilla flavor, 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over a preparation content.
- Cook in the oven at 160°C during 15min.
- Let the mini cheesecakes cool completely.
Red Fruit Topping
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of raspberry jam in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
- Sprinkle 100 g of raspberry on the preparation content.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 1h .
- Serve Cold.
