Steps

Potatoes

Add 500 g of potato, 1000 g of water, 5 g of salt, 1 bay leaf in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Check if the potatoes are cooked. If not, add cooking time.
Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
Setaside the preparation content in a plate.

Sausages

Sliced, and add 200 g of sausage from strasbourg on a cutting board.
Setaside the preparation content in the plate.

Camembert Fondue

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Add 1 mont d'or cheese in an oven.
Remove Mont d'Or Cheese from its packaging and place it back into its wooden box.
Score the top of the Mont d'Or Cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.

Serving

Serve Hot.
Serve the baked Mont d'Or Cheese immediately with the cooked Potatoes and sliced Sausages From Strasbourg for dipping.
