  2. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.

Batter Preparation

  1. Add 100 g of egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract, 120 g of buttermilk (lben), 85 g of liquid honey in the food processor bowl.

  3. Add 100 g of oatmeal flake, 120 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 100 g of chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.

Baking

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a paper liner.
  2. Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
