Dough

  1. Add 150 g of flour t55, 75 g of salted butter, 50 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.

  3. Add 50 g of raisin in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Form a ball with the dough.
  7. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  8. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.

Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Transfer the content of the fridge on the workplan.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thickness.
  4. Use a cookie cutter or a glass to cut out round cookies.
  5. Place the content of the workplan on a baking tray.

Baking

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Transfer the content of the oven on a strainer.
  4. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
  5. Serve Immediately.
