  • 150 g Granulated sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 500 g Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract

Steps

Caramelize the sugar

  1. Add 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 8:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  3. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  4. Spread evenly in the cake mold.
  5. Setaside the cake mold.

Custard Flan

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  3. Add 4 eggs, 500 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Pour the content of the food processor bowl over the cake mold.

Bake the custard flan

  1. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
  2. Check if it is cooked after 45 minutes. If it's still wobbly, cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Let cool completely.
  4. Setaside the cake mold in a fridge during 3h .
  5. Invert the flan onto a serving plate to release the caramel sauce.
  6. Serve Cold.
