- 200 g Carrot
- 500 g Water
- 150 g Green pea
- 150 g Ham
- 80 g Pickle
- 150 g Mayonnaise
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper

- Peel, cut into dices, and add 500 g of potato, 200 g of carrot in the food processor bowl.
- Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 150 g of green pea during the last 5 minutes in the food processor bowl.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
- Setaside the preparation content in a container let cool.
Dressing and Assembly
- Cut into dices, and add 150 g of ham in a mixing bowl.
