- 1000 g Pineapple
- 120 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Water
- 30 g Lemon
Steps
Pineapple Base
- Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
- Add 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Add 100 g of water, 30 g of lemon in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Freezing
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
Churning
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Cut the frozen pineapple mixture into 2-3 cm cubes.
- Add 500 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- If needed, repeat blending for another 10-20 seconds.
Serving
- Serve Immediately.
- Garnish with additional fresh Pineapple pieces, if desired.
