Steps

Pineapple Base

Cut in pieces, and add 500 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
Add 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
Add 100 g of water, 30 g of lemon in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Setaside the preparation content let cool.

Freezing

Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .

Churning

Wash the food processor bowl.
Cut the frozen pineapple mixture into 2-3 cm cubes.
Add 500 g of pineapple in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
If needed, repeat blending for another 10-20 seconds.

Serving

Serve Immediately.
