Steps

Dough

Add 120 g of water, 5 g of dehydrated baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
Add 250 g of flour t55, 15 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Wash the food processor bowl.
Lightly oil the bowl.
Transfer the content of the bowl in the bowl.
Setaside the dough in the bowl cover with towel during 1h .

Filling

Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Slice button mushrooms.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured workplan.
Spread 150 g of tomato puree on the dough.
Sprinkle 100 g of grated emmental over a plate.
Distribute 150 g of ham slice, 150 g of button mushroom over the plate.
Sprinkle 5 g of herb of provence, 2 g of pepper over the plate.

Pizza Rolls

Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
Cut the log into 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick slices.
Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven at 200°C during 20min.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
