- 100 g Ham slice
- 100 g Tomato
- 150 g Reblochon

- Cut into cubes, and add 500 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 2 eggs, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Cook in the oven with an oil base during 8min.
- Cook in the oven with an oil base during 5min.
- Transfer the content of the pan on a cutting board.
Filling
- Sliced, and add 100 g of ham slice on the cutting board.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 100 g of tomato on the cutting board.

Assembling the Rolled Omelette
