- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Setaside.
- Add 400 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Peel, cut in pieces, and add 400 g of potato in the vapor tray.
- Mix steam: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed .
- Add 400 g of green bean
- Mix steam: 8:00min / 120°C / Speed .
- Remove the vapor kit.
