  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Whipping cream

  6. Form the dough into a ball and flatten it slightly.
  7. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  8. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.
  9. Wash the food processor bowl.

Assembling and Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Shortcrust Pastry Base

  1. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled dough.
  2. Use it to line a quiche dish. Ensure the dough covers the base and sides of the dish.
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.

Quiche Filling
