- 150 g Roasted red pepper
- 60 g Sesame cream - tahini
- 30 g Lemon juice
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 60 g Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Pepper

- Drain, and add 400 g of canned chickpea, 150 g of roasted red pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Add 60 g of sesame cream – tahini, 30 g of lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, 60 g of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Cooking
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
Serving
- Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Fresh Parsley.
- Sprinkle with Fresh Parsley.
