- Peel, cut in pieces, and add 500 g of potato in a bowl.

- Transfer the content of the cooking cloth in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
- Transfer the content of the container in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Take portions of the mixture and form into circular patties about 1 cm thick.
Cooking
- Add 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in a frypan.
- Pan fry in the oven over medium heat during 5min.

Serving
- Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.
