Steps

Add 1000 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
Place the vapor kit.
Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of potato
Mix steam: 20:00min / 120°C / Speed .
Add 400 g of salmon fillet
Mix steam: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed .
Remove the vapor kit.
Empty the bowl of water, then add the potatoes and the salmon.
Add 2 eggs, 30 sheet(s) of fresh coriander adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
Cut in pieces, and add 2 leeks in the food processor bowl.
Add 2 lime zest, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of espelette pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container cover with plastic wrap.
