- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in a strainer.
- Setaside the preparation content.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the strainer in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer small_amount of the strainer in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Setaside the preparation content.
Spinach and Salmon
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 200 g of fresh spinach in the food processor bowl.
- Mix steam: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Drain the content of the food processor bowl in the strainer.

- Add 200 g of salmon fillet at a plate.
