- Cut into small pieces, and add 300 g of broccoli on a baking tray.

- Pat Salmon Fillets dry with paper towels.

- Pan fry the oven with an olive oil base during 4min and each side.
- Pan fry the oven with an olive oil base during 3min and each side.
- Sliced, and add 2 lemons with a service dish.
