Steps

Dough

Add 200 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
Cut into cubes, and add 100 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
Grate, and add 100 g of parmesan cheese in the food processor bowl.
Add 1 egg, 20 g of fresh chive, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
Flatten the dough into a disc.
Wrap in cling film.
Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.

Shaping & Baking

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to about 3 mm thick.
Use cookie cutters to cut out round or star shapes from the dough.
Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Transfer the content of the baking tray.
Serve Cold.
