Press the mixture firmly to form the base.

Creamy Filling

Rinse the food processor bowl.
Add 250 g of mascarpone, 200 g of whipping cream, 100 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Pour the content of the food processor bowl on some dough.
Setaside the preparation content in the fridge during 2h .

Jelly Topping and Decoration

Cut Strawberries in half or quarters.
Arrange Strawberries, Blackberries, and Cherries evenly over the creamy filling.
