- 20 g Anchovy fillet
- 10 g Caper
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 50 g Olive oil
- 15 g Lemon juice
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
Steps
Tapenade Preparation
- Add 200 g of black olive, 20 g of anchovy fillet, 10 g of caper, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Add 50 g of olive oil, 15 g of lemon juice, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Serve Immediately.
- Serve the tapenade on slices of Bread or use as a condiment.
