  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Bag Vanilla Sugar
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Water
  • 80 g Ground Coffee
  • 24 Spoon Biscuits
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 6 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 50 g Bitter Cocoa

Steps

  1. Place the whisk.
  2. Add 4 eggs only the yellow, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 bag of vanilla sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  4. Add 500 g of mascarpone by the cover aperture, during mixing in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Add 500 g of water, 80 g of ground coffee in the coffee maker.
  7. Make the coffee.
  8. Setaside the prepration content let cool.
  9. Add 24 spoon biscuits in a container.
  10. In a bowl, pour the coffee and quickly dip the ladyfinger biscuits one by one.
  11. Arrange them in a rectangular dish.
  12. Repeat the process by alternating a layer of coffee-soaked biscuits and a layer of mascarpone cream.
  13. Setaside the the dish in the fridge during 5h .
  14. Place the whisk.
  15. Add 4 eggs only white, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  16. Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  17. Add 5 tablespoon of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  18. Add 50 g of bitter cocoa in a strainer.
  19. Before serving, add a layer of whipped egg whites on top of the tiramisu.
  20. Sprinkle some unsweetened cocoa powder over it all. And there you have it, your delicious tiramisu is ready to be enjoyed!
