50 g Green pepper
100 g Tomato sauce
1 g Pepper
200 g Canned tuna

Steps

Dough

Add 250 g of flour t55, 100 g of water, 50 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Setaside the preparation content on a workplan.

Filling

Rinse the food processor bowl.
Peel, cut in four, and add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
Deseed, cut in four, and add 50 g of red pepper, 50 g of green pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Add 100 g of tomato sauce, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
Drain, and add 200 g of canned tuna in the food processor bowl.
Add 2 eggs hard boiled in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Setaside the preparation content in a bowl let cool.

Assembly

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles using a cookie cutter or a knife
Place a spoonful of the tuna filling in the center of each circle.
Crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 5min to 25min.
Bake for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.
