30 g Olive oil
15 g White wine vinegar

Steps

Cucumber Prep

Peel, cut in two, and add 300 g of cucumber in the food processor bowl.
Scoop out the seeds using a spoon and discard.
Chop the cucumber into 2 cm pieces.
Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a cooking cloth.
Squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Setaside the preparation content at a bowl.

Flavor Infusion

Rinse the food processor bowl.
Add 2 g of clove of garlic, 10 g of fresh dill in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.

Tzatziki Assembly

Serving
