Ingredients
- 250 g Milk
- 250 g Whipping cream
- 2 Vanilla beans
- 80 g Granulated sugar
- 4 Eggs
Steps
Vanilla Infusion
- Add 250 g of milk, 250 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in two, and add 2 vanilla beans in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Remove the Vanilla Beans pods.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool during 30min.
Custard Base
- Pour the cooled Milk and Whipping Cream mixture into the robot bowl.
- Add 80 g of granulated sugar, 4 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 80°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool during 30min.
- Pour the cooled custard into a shallow, freezer-safe container.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
Ice Cream Churning
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Return the mixture to the container.
- Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 2h .
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Return the mixture to the container.
- Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 2h .
- Serve Cold.
