Ingredients
- 500 g Natural yogurt
- 50 g Icing sugar
- 100 g Dark chocolate
Steps
Yogurt Base
- Add 500 g of natural yogurt, 50 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer.
- Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 4h .
Chocolate Sauce
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl let cool.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl let cool.
Combining & Serving
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Remove the frozen yogurt mixture from the freezer and cut it into cubes.
- Transfer the content of the freezer in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- If the mixture is too hard, add a splash of Milk and blend again for a few seconds.
- Swirl some of the cooled Dark Chocolate sauce into the yogurt ice cream.
- Serve Immediately.
