Ingredients

  • 500 g Natural yogurt
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 100 g Dark chocolate

Steps

Yogurt Base

  1. Add 500 g of natural yogurt, 50 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer.
  4. Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 4h .

Chocolate Sauce

  1. Add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 1:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl let cool.
  6. Setaside the preparation content in the bowl let cool.

Combining & Serving

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Remove the frozen yogurt mixture from the freezer and cut it into cubes.
  3. Transfer the content of the freezer in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. If the mixture is too hard, add a splash of Milk and blend again for a few seconds.
  6. Swirl some of the cooled Dark Chocolate sauce into the yogurt ice cream.
  7. Serve Immediately.
