- Grease a muffin tin with olive oil
Zucchini Preparation
- Cut into small pieces, and add 500 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 10 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 2 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Frittata Mixture
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 3 eggs, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 100 g of goat cheese in the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the bowl by using the spatula in the food processor bowl.
Assembly and Baking
- Distribute the zucchini evenly into the muffin tin
- Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini in each muffin cup
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Frittatas are golden brown and set

- Let cool slightly before serving
