  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 2 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Frittata Mixture

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 3 eggs, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Add 100 g of goat cheese in the food processor bowl.
  5. Transfer the content of the bowl by using the spatula in the food processor bowl.

Assembly and Baking

  1. Distribute the zucchini evenly into the muffin tin
  2. Pour the egg mixture over the zucchini in each muffin cup
  3. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
