- 300 g Zucchini
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Flour t55
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 5 g Olive oil
- 30 g Whipped cheese

Batter Preparation
- Wash, grate, and add 300 g of zucchini in the food processor bowl.
- Add 2 eggs, 100 g of flour t55, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Pancake Cooking
- Pan fry the non-stick pan with an oil base.
- Add 5 g of olive oil in a pan.
- Pour small_amount of the food processor bowl in the pan.
- Cook in the pan without added fat and each side.
Serving
- Transfer the content of the pan in a plate.
- Add 30 g of whipped cheese at the plate.
- Serve Hot.
