- 200 g Whipping cream
- 300 g Nutella
Steps
Cupcake Batter
- Add 115 g of butter, 150 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 2 eggs, 60 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 150 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
- Check with a toothpick to see if the cupcakes are cooked.
- Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Nutella Ganache
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 300 g of nutella in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the mixing bowl let cool.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Final Assembly
- Transfer the Nutella ganache to a piping bag fitted with a decorative tip.
- Pipe the ganache onto the cooled cupcakes in irregular swirls and waves.
- Decorate as desired.
- Serve Immediately.
