- 120 g Water
- 5 g Dehydrated baker's yeast
- 250 g Flour t55
- 15 g Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 150 g Tomato puree
- 100 g Grated emmental
- 150 g Ham slice
- 150 g Button mushroom
- 5 g Herb of provence
- 2 g Pepper
Steps
Dough
- Add 120 g of water, 5 g of dehydrated baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 15 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Lightly oil the bowl.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the bowl.
- Setaside the dough in the bowl cover with towel during 1h .
Filling
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Slice button mushrooms.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured workplan.
- Spread 150 g of tomato puree on the dough.
- Sprinkle 100 g of grated emmental over a plate.
- Distribute 150 g of ham slice, 150 g of button mushroom over the plate.
- Sprinkle 5 g of herb of provence, 2 g of pepper over the plate.
Pizza Rolls
- Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
- Cut the log into 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick slices.
- Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C during 20min.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve Hot.
