  • 5 g Dehydrated baker's yeast
  • 250 g Flour t55
  • 15 g Olive oil
  • 5 g Salt
  • 150 g Tomato puree
  • 100 g Grated emmental
  • 150 g Ham slice
  • 150 g Button mushroom
  • 5 g Herb of provence
  • 2 g Pepper

Steps

Dough

  1. Add 120 g of water, 5 g of dehydrated baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 250 g of flour t55, 15 g of olive oil, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.
  7. Lightly oil the bowl.
  8. Transfer the content of the bowl in the bowl.
  9. Setaside the dough in the bowl cover with towel during 1h .

Filling

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Slice button mushrooms.
  4. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured workplan.
  5. Spread 150 g of tomato puree on the dough.
  6. Sprinkle 100 g of grated emmental over a plate.
  7. Distribute 150 g of ham slice, 150 g of button mushroom over the plate.
  8. Sprinkle 5 g of herb of provence, 2 g of pepper over the plate.

Pizza Rolls

  1. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  2. Cut the log into 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick slices.
  3. Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
  4. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 20min.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
