- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Butter
- 100 g Whipping cream
- 200 g Grated coconut
- 50 g Icing sugar
Steps
Chocolate Mixture
- Cut into small pieces, and add 200 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into cubes, and add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge let cool during 2h .
Shaping the Balls
- Take a spoonful of the firm mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball of about 3 cm in diameter.
Coating and Finishing
- Add 200 g of grated coconut, 50 g of icing sugar in the bowl.
- Roll each chocolate ball in the coconut mixture until fully coated.
- Place the content of the preparation content on a plate.
