  • 1 Egg
  • 120 g Milk

Steps

Apple Preparation

  1. Core the Apples.
  2. Cut the Apples into 1/2 inch thick rings.

Batter Preparation

  1. Add 125 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 20 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 egg, 120 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.

Frying and Finishing

  1. Heat Sunflower Oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat (around 180°C).
  2. Dip each Apple ring into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  3. Carefully place the battered Apple rings into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
  4. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate.
  6. Place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Sprinkle 5 g of icing sugar on the preparation content.
  8. Serve Hot.
