- 500 g Water
- 200 g Smoked bacon pieces
- 1 Cauliflower
- 100 g Comté
- 50 g Butter
- 400 g Milk
- 40 g Flour
- 1 Pinch(es) Ground nutmeg
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
Steps
- Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Add 200 g of smoked bacon pieces in the vapor tray.
- Add 1 cauliflower
- Mix steam: 20:00min / 120°C / Speed .
- Remove the vapor kit.
- Transfer the cauliflower to a baking dish. Remove the steaming tray and set aside the bacon. Empty the bowl.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of comté in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container.
- Cut in pieces, and add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 400 g of milk, 40 g of flour, 1 pinch(es) of ground nutmeg, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 2 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 95°C / Speed 3.
- Add the cooked bacon bits to the bowl of the food processor.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake it in the oven.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min to 25min.
- Serve immediately.
