  • 200 g Smoked bacon pieces
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 100 g Comté
  • 50 g Butter
  • 400 g Milk
  • 40 g Flour
  • 1 Pinch(es) Ground nutmeg
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 2 Pinch(es) Salt

Steps

  1. Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  2. Place the vapor kit.
  3. Add 200 g of smoked bacon pieces in the vapor tray.
  4. Add 1 cauliflower
  5. Mix steam: 20:00min / 120°C / Speed .
  6. Remove the vapor kit.
  7. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking dish. Remove the steaming tray and set aside the bacon. Empty the bowl.
  8. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  9. Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of comté in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  11. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container.
  12. Cut in pieces, and add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  13. Add 400 g of milk, 40 g of flour, 1 pinch(es) of ground nutmeg, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 2 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  14. Mix manual: 8:00min / 95°C / Speed 3.
  15. Add the cooked bacon bits to the bowl of the food processor.
