Steps

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  4. Add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  6. Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract, 200 g of flour, ½ teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 5.
  8. Take the dough out of the bowl, place it on a floured work surface, and shape it into a ball.
  9. Setaside in a fridge during 30min.
  10. Using a tablespoon, take 1 heaping tablespoon per cookie, depending on the desired size. Roll into balls and place them 5 cm apart on the prepared trays.
  11. Use a small spoon to make a small indentation in the center of each cookie.
  12. Distribute 200 g of apricot jam on a Preparation name.
  13. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 10min to 12min.
  14. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool on a rack.
