  • 125 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g Water
  • 100 g Fresh liquid cream
  • 200 g Maroilles cheese
  • 200 g Tomato

Shortcrust Pastry

  1. Add 250 g of flour t55, 3 g of salt, 125 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 egg, 50 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Wrap in clingfilm.
  7. Setaside the dough in a fridge cover with plastic wrap during 30min.
  8. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  9. Line a tart pan.

Filling

  1. Cut the Maroilles cheese into cubes.
  2. Add 2 eggs, 100 g of fresh liquid cream in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  5. Slice the Tomatoes.

Assembly and Baking

  1. Pour the content of the bowl over the dough.
  2. Distribute 200 g of maroilles cheese over the dough.
  3. Sliced, and place 200 g of tomato on a preparation content.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve Warm.
