- 1000 g Fig
- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 50 g Lemon juice

Fig Preparation
- Cut in four, and add 1000 g of fig in a bowl.
Fig Jam
- Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 50 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check the consistency of the jam.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
- Continue checking the consistency, if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until desired thickness is achieved.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately.
- Let cool completely before serving.
