  • 500 g Granulated sugar
  • 50 g Lemon juice

  1. Cut in four, and add 1000 g of fig in a bowl.

Fig Jam

  1. Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 50 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Check the consistency of the jam.
  4. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 2.
  5. Continue checking the consistency, if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until desired thickness is achieved.
  6. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
  7. Seal the jars immediately.
  8. Let cool completely before serving.
