  • 250 g Flour t55
  • 75 g Icing sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt

Steps

Dough

  1. Add 125 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 250 g of flour t55, 75 g of icing sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a cling film warp in cling wrap.
  6. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 175°C.
  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.
  3. Use Christmas-themed cookie cutters to cut out the cookies.
  4. Place the content of the preparation content on a baking tray.
  5. Cook in the oven at 175°C during 8min.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Decoration

  1. Prepare White Icing according to package directions or your own recipe. Divide into separate bowls if using different Food Coloring.
  2. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a piping bag.
  3. Fill piping bags or use a small spoon to drizzle or spread the icing over the cooled cookies.
