Imagine a delicate, crispy masterpiece that embodies the essence of Italy – the Parmesan tile! These little wonders are not just a snack; they are like edible art, crafted from just two humble ingredients: Parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper. Originating from the Italian culinary tradition, these tiles are perfect for elevating any dish, whether you're using them as a garnish or simply enjoying them with a glass of wine. Fun fact: the name 'tile' comes from their flat, square shape reminiscent of roof tiles, but once you taste them, you'll realize they're anything but ordinary! With their golden, crunchy texture, they make for an irresistible addition to soups, salads, or as a standalone treat. Just remember to act quickly when they come out of the oven – these beauties are best enjoyed fresh and warm!
